Livies at the Pavilion

Welcome to our information page showing our plans for the old cricket pavilion site at Darwin Green. 

We have included information about who we are and what we plan to create along with designs from our architect. We have already done a pre-application planning meeting with the local authority, and have altered our designs accordingly. Now, as we approach our submission for planning permission, we would like to gather input from the local community.

This website is an opportunity for members of the public to review the plans and provide feedback to be considered by the project team prior to the submission of a planning application. We are keen to work with the community and garner support to restore this beautiful building, and create a unique space for local families.

The Pre-Application Consultation has now ended.

Once a planning application has been submitted there will be further opportunity to view the submitted plans and provide further feedback via Cambridge City Council’s planning portal as part of the formal consultation undertaken by the local planning authority.
