The old cricket Pavilion lies at the South East corner of the Darwin Green development.
With a pedestrian/cycle access route directly from Huntingdon Road, it will be an entry point to the entire estate.
The current building has been left unoccupied for some time. It is currently in a poor state of repair, and a focus for antisocial behaviour.
